USE FREEZER:
Take the packet out from carrying pouch and detach velcro belts. Place the packet in a freezer for 1 to 2 hours. Take out from freezer and install velcro belts before wrapping around the body. Cooling stays for around 45 minutes. Reuse as needed.
☀️ HOT☀️
NO MICROWAVE: Immerse in hot water for 5 minutes.
WITH MICROWAVE:
Take the packet out from carrying pouch and detach velcro belts. Microwave the packet for 30 seconds. If further heating is needed, microwave again in 10 second bursts until desired temperature is reached. Take out and install velcro belts before wrapping around the body. Heat stays for around 15 minutes. Reheat as needed.
